MICHAEL HOLSTEIN, ESQ. has been involved at all levels of the entertainment industry, during which he has handled the legal and business affairs of all types of transactional, IP and general matters in the areas of music, film, television, live events and new media.
He has produced TV pilots, interactive content and television commercials as well as overseeing marketing and distribution of numerous television, film and music projects.
Michael has developed interactive branded content for companies, produced regionally broadcast TV commercials, served as Executive Producer for an adventure travel series airing on cable TV networks around the world, produced music videos and entered into co-production deals with the biggest names in reality television.
In his legal work, Michael has done work for (and against) major music labels, movie studios, broadcast & cable networks, and A-list talent, as well as for start-up companies, indie productions and individual producers, writers, musicians and artists.
Michael has formed numerous businesses for clients and has negotiated hundreds of talent agreements with artists including Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Morgan Freeman, Tina Fey, Dave Grohl and broadcaster James Brown.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Miami and The Catholic University of America's Law School.
JOHN L. HEITHAUS is a business executive with proven professional competencies including global business development and marketing strategy; managing and growing large client relationships; mergers & acquisitions, as well as technology innovation and implementation.
His parallel career as a musician and producer of corporate events has taken him around the globe performing as a bassist, guitarist and keyboardist and event manager.
His co-invention, the rock fantasy camp (1991) has been widely adopted worldwide. Heithaus and Hambridge currently run the event management company, Superstar Factory, a producer of customized events and event entertainment programs for corporate, association and private events around the globe.
He holds his undergrad degree in Business from Iona College, has completed Executive Programs at the University of Texas/Austin, Northwestern University and has earned a graduate certificate from Georgetown University’'s McDonough School of Business in International Business. He is currently enrolled at American Public University pursuing MA and PhD coursework and, eventually, his Dissertation.
John's successful entrepreneurial ventures include Virtual Relocation (sold to Monster.com in 2000); Certified Closing Network (sold to First American Corporation in 2005) and TAOW Productions (sold to partner in 2005).
TOM HAMBRIDGE is a Grammy® Award-Winning Producer, ASCAP Award Winning Singer/Songwriter, an accomplished session/touring Drummer and Solo Artist. He is also the recipient of 4 Grammy® Nominations an ASCAP Award and Blues Music Awards. He's also been inducted into the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame and has received several Boston Music Awards.
As a Songwriter, Tom has written songs for an eclectic group of singers and artists including: George Thorogood, Keith Anderson, Meat Loaf, Danny Gokey’s, Gretchen Wilson’, Van Zant Joanna Smith and Billy Ray Cyrus’ to name but a few!
Countless hit songs written or co-written by Tom have been recorded by many legendary stars including: Buddy Guy, Lynyrd Skynyrd, George Thorogood, Billy Ray Cyrus, BB King, Miranda Lambert, Gretchen Wilson, and Johnny Winter.
As a Producer, Tom has worked with many of the best in the business. Tom recently finished producing George Thorogood’'s latest CD 2120 South Michigan Avenue.
In February 2011, he received a Grammy® for Best Contemporary Blues Album (Producer of Buddy Guy’'s Living Proof) and a 2004 Grammy® nomination for his role as Producer of Johnny Winter'‘s recording I’'m a Bluesman.
In May 2011, Tom received 3 Blues Music Awards for Living Proof: Contemporary Blues Album Of The Year, Album Of The Year & Song Of The Year for the title track.
In 2008, Tom produced a star-studded group of musicians including Eric Clapton, Derek Trucks, Susan Tedeschi and Robert Randolph on Buddy Guy’'s CD, Skin Deep, which also scored a Grammy® nomination for Best Traditional Blues Album of the Year.
